Russian flag-carrier Aeroflot’s board has elected Mikhail Poluboyarinov, the previous head of state leasing agency GTLK, as its new chief govt.
He’ll succeed Vitaly Saveliev who has been appointed as the brand new Russian transport minister – whereas the previous transport minister, Yevgeny Ditrikh, is taking up as head of GTLK.
Poluboyarinov led the lessor for eight months, since March this 12 months.
He was already a member of Aeroflot’s board and has beforehand served because the airline’s chief monetary officer.
Poluboyarinov had been the chief accountant and monetary director at Autoimport earlier than his time period at Aeroflot. He subsequently joined state growth company VEB – previously often known as Vnesheconombank – as deputy chairman till 2020.
